Advocacy Corner

What should be MOWAG’s priorities advocating with state-level elected officials in the next year?

• Streamlining/Easing SNAP guidelines for seniors to allow better utilization
• Allowing meals on wheels providers gas or food tax exemptions
• Fighting the 3% across-the-board state cuts proposed for next year
